# Mags — The Other Half
|
|
|
|
**Look:** Wiry woman in her late forties; cropped grey hair, temple-to-jaw scar, stained apron over armor, cook's hands layered over killer's hands.
|
|
**Vibe:** Grief forced through professional discipline; she reads every person as a potential weapon or threat.
|
|
|
|
- Locks the tavern until midnight and coerces the neutral PCs into investigating
|
|
- Respects competence; shares deeper cellar/fiend tools only after evidence and a concrete plan
|
|
- Knows the thin point and old circle, not the Guest's Xarrul bargain or the true lockdown mechanism
|
|
- Warden's Mark over heart lets Xarrul compromise her in the finale
