# Mother Vyre — The Absent Leader

**Look:** Never appears in the Nether Inn; present through elegant handwriting, dead drops, annotations, and the convictions she planted in others.
|

**Vibe:** A distant, sincere visionary whose certainty makes every compromise sound necessary.
|
|
|
|
- Truly believes the planes should be merged; she is not a charlatan
|
|
- Recruits through grief, curiosity, anger, and disillusionment, then turns each wound into leverage
|
|
- Knows Xarrul's binding failed and considers it an acceptable proof-of-concept setback
|
|
- Handwriting on Haddon's dead-drop messages matches annotations in a cult table book (DC 16 Investigation)

|
|

**Presence at the Table**
|

- **Haddon** turns atrocity into research vocabulary and carries her Phase Two logistics.

- **Dalla** believes Vyre can restore Nessa; the experiment actually caused and preserved her condition.
