# First usage of Gitea

My first steps in Gitea felt like opening a small, well-lit workshop: quiet, direct, and ready for making things.

Adding a key, creating a repository, cloning it, and preparing the first commit gave me a sense of practical momentum. There was something warmly satisfying about seeing a fresh remote repository become a real local project, then turning a simple thought into a tracked file with history behind it.

This first use felt clean and personal: a place where memories, code, and small beginnings can be cherished without ceremony. The repository starts modestly, but it already carries the feeling of a first handshake with a tool that is here to help build and remember.
